Reagan comes to MACC with a wide background in Marketing.  She graduated in Marketing From UW-Whitewater and has specialized in project and event management, program implementation, website design, database management and sales growth throughout her career.
She started in retail and worked as Marketing Director for a midwest grocery chain for 7 years.  From there, she ventured out on her own and to this day runs a Wellness Center that includes fitness studios, a cafe and many holistic initiatives.  Her caring and compassionate demeanor make the clients feel right at home.
For MACC, Reagan's vision is to help expand the association to provide more services to current members, increase membership and expand to a broader geographical reach in order to provide counselors, therapists, pastors and mental health professional with the faith-based support that they need to continue to care and serve others.
Beyond work, Reagan resides in the Twin Cities with her husband Jack and their 3 children.  They stay busy with sports, travel, hiking, church and enjoying time with family and friends.

Daphne DeMaris, MA, LPC, LPCC secretary

Professionally, Sadie has worked in the accounting field for 13 years. She is currently the Revenue Cycle Director at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge and has been with MnTC for 10 years.

Sadie has worked with donor accounts, billing & collections of insurance, self-pay, and state funds, payroll, and bank statement reconciliation. It was the opportunities that were provided at MnTC that proved my love for the accounting world.

A year ago, Sadie decided to go back to school to get a second bachelors in accounting and eventually her CPA. She's currently attending online courses through University of Minnesota – Crookston.

Additionally, Saide is sitting as a committee member with MAARCH and help with monthly meetings regarding billing & collections to DHS.

Personally, Sadie has been married to her husband Josh for 16 years. He also serves at MnTC in many facets but most recently a security guard for the downtown campuses. They have two children, Judah (10) and Betsy (6).  They enjoy the never ending list of home projects, thrifting, crafting and biking.

Daphne always wondered what she would do when she grew up. She wondered if the painful things that happened in her life would ever make sense. And then she met The Lord and He began to set her free – redeeming all the wounds. Soon it became clear that she was called to help set other captives free.In 1998, Daphne graduated from Ashland Seminary with a degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling, but it wasn’t until she began working with clients that she truly learned how to minister God’s truth in healing ways. She has been doing this ever since. She works in her private practice, Radiant Health Resources. It is Daphne’s absolute passion to help people build their intimacy with our Creator King through her counseling ministry and as an event and retreat speaker.Daphne is licensed in Michigan as well as Minnesota and is a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor. She worked with the MACC Board in 2016 on the conference committee and joined the Board formally, in October of 2018.Radiant Health ResourcesSt. Louis Park, Telemed 586-202-0474 info@daphnedemaris.com www.daphnedemaris.com
