Candi completed her Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alfred Adler Graduate School, and has been licensed through the state of Minnesota as a marriage and family therapist since 2004. Reagan comes to MACC with a wide background in Marketing. She graduated in Marketing From UW-Whitewater and has specialized in project and event management, program implementation, website design, database management and sales growth throughout her career.
She started in retail and worked as Marketing Director for a midwest grocery chain for 7 years. From there, she ventured out on her own and to this day runs a Wellness Center that includes fitness studios, a cafe and many holistic initiatives. Her caring and compassionate demeanor make the clients feel right at home.
For MACC, Reagan's vision is to help expand the association to provide more services to current members, increase membership and expand to a broader geographical reach in order to provide counselors, therapists, pastors and mental health professional with the faith-based support that they need to continue to care and serve others.
Beyond work, Reagan resides in the Twin Cities with her husband Jack and their 3 children. They stay busy with sports, travel, hiking, church and enjoying time with family and friends.

Amber has a Bachelor of Arts in Bible Theology with a minor in Family Ministry as well as a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy (Friends University, KS). She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor (LCPC). Her faith in Jesus has been a solid foundation for her understanding of mental health and her work with individuals, couples and families. She utilizes an experiential approach to emotion management, relationship enhancement and solidifying a person’s faith and identity.
Amber is also an AAMFT approved supervisor and is able to come alongside other therapists to guide their development in the field.

Breanna Reed is an Art Therapist specializing in Anxiety, Spirituality, and Depression. She has experience working with people with physical and developmental disabilities, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about incorporating her client’s faith perspectives into the counseling sessions. She is a professor at Bethel University. She teaches in their undergraduate and graduate programs. She teaches Introduction to Art Therapy and Advanced Child and Adolescent courses. She is passionate about training the next generation of counselors and building a Christian support system. She is the Owner and Art Therapist at Creative Connections Counseling LLC in Burnsville, MN.
In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her husband (who is also a Therapist), two young children, and wiener dogs. They love exploring parks, doing art together, and being silly.

Professionally, Sadie has worked in the accounting field for 13 years. She is currently the Revenue Cycle Director at Mn Adult & Teen Challenge and has been with MnTC for 10 years.
Sadie has worked with donor accounts, billing & collections of insurance, self-pay, and state funds, payroll, and bank statement reconciliation. It was the opportunities that were provided at MnTC that proved my love for the accounting world.
A year ago, Sadie decided to go back to school to get a second bachelors in accounting and eventually her CPA. She's currently attending online courses through University of Minnesota – Crookston.
Additionally, Saide is sitting as a committee member with MAARCH and help with monthly meetings regarding billing & collections to DHS.
Personally, Sadie has been married to her husband Josh for 16 years. He also serves at MnTC in many facets but most recently a security guard for the downtown campuses. They have two children, Judah (10) and Betsy (6). They enjoy the never ending list of home projects, thrifting, crafting and biking.
Dave is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and serves as the Director of Operations at RockBridge Counseling and Mental Health, which is a division of Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge. He received his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. He is passionate about the intersection of faith and counseling practice and developing better systems where that intersection can take place.

Deirdre Tschanz is an associate minister at Twin Cities Church (TCC). For many years, Deirdre taught secondary science before applying her MAT Capstone of how trauma impacts developing youth to vocational ministry. She helps oversee TCC's counseling efforts as well as pressing needs; and she supports preaching and teaching efforts at TCC. Deirdre also works part time for Twin Cities Ministry (TCM) to help those impacted by life controlling issues, such as Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and incarceration. Specifically, she oversees programming for women which provides housing and connects to local church communities. She has taught parenting classes at Ramsey County Adult Detention Center and currently teaches weekly devotionals at faith-based treatment centers. She is also a Peer Recovery Specialist. Deirdre has been married for 28 years to her husband, Stacy. They have 5 adult children and one son-in-law. She enjoys riding horses and other outdoor activities in the beauty of God's creation.

Jim has served in various clinical and ministry settings. He has provided care as a pastor and licensed marriage and family therapist. Currently, Jim is serving as the Clinical Director at Faithful & True, an organization that specializes in treatment of men and couples working through recovery from sexual addiction and betrayal. He is a part of a team that speaks, teaches and counsels men and women throughout the country on the process from addiction and betrayal to transformation.
Jim holds both a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary. He also holds certification as a Sex Addiction Specialist from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. Further, he is a State Approved Supervisor for LPC/LPCC licensure and the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.
