"And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28).

Dan Munson

Dan is one of the founding owners of Family Innovations Inc. Currently he offers licensure supervision to supervises at Family Innovations.

Dan has served as a senior pastor for 24 years and has served as an interim pastor to churches in transition for the past 16 years. Dan's passion is not what the church does or what a therapist does, rather he is passionate about what we are. He believes "being" must always precede "doing", for what we "do"
will be according to what we "are".

Dan believes that whether in the role of a husband, father, grandfather, business owner, supervisor, therapist, hanging out with people, etc. the main thing is to know that we are the body of Christ, being salt and light in all circumstances at all times.

Failure to embrace our new identity at any given moment causes us to try to get our acceptance, security and competency needs met apart from God. This leads to operating with a false self which feeds all kinds of insecurity, inadequacy, and rejection issues.
